Refund policy

At Tide & Pearl, we want you to love your jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

How to request a return:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@tideandpearl.co.za.
  • Let us know the reason for your return and whether there are any defects or issues.

Return conditions:

  • We accept returns in exchange for store credit.
  • All products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions:

  • Custom orders: Special or custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items: Items bought on sale are final and cannot be returned.

Return collection & cost:

  • We will arrange courier collection from your address at a fee of:
  • R100 for main city areas
  • R150 for regional or outlying areas
  • The collection fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Important notes:

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept earring returns if the sealed transparent packaging is unbroken. You can inspect your earrings before breaking the seal.
  • We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives, before removing any tags or packaging.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss of items once worn or if packaging seals have been broken.
  • The store credit will be based on the purchase price of the product only (excluding original delivery charges or discounts applied).
